Can you do a video on P-factor? The books that are out there pretty much all say the same thing and yet still don't clarify how the AOA is actually increasing with a nose pitch up. (For fixed propellers) They just make statements rather than explain how this happens.

Hi, I watched this but couldn’t determine what the sea level pressure would be in the sea level around the world rose 30,000 feet. With the current sea level the pressure is about 4.3PSI. But what would the pressure be at sea level if the sea rose 30,000 feet? Thanks if you have an answer or a link to a video explaining this. Thanks!

4:57 We must part from the idea? why? because of changes in temperature and pressure?

The air pressure at sea level is 14.7 PSI. But what if the sea around the world rose to 30,000 feet higher than it is now? Would the air pressure still be 4.3 PSI at the new water level? Thanks!

In the end what matters is if its a low pressure day how does a student fly the plane differently?
@ZenithE83 ай бұрын
All this calculating to get a number but then what is done with that number in Actual flying the plane?? No one seems to talk about that!!!!!!!
@igclappАй бұрын
Basically it's just to make pilots aware that their plane will not perform as well at high density altitudes. So one must be aware that takeoffs and landings will require more runway length, climb rate/gradient will be lower, etc.
@phoonjzc2 жыл бұрын
The lower pressure and hotter temp, the lower the air density , the higher the density altitude and worse for the aircraft.

Seriously very distracting using ai text to speech
@AmericusMaximus Жыл бұрын
The robot's pronunciation of key terminology is often horrendously bad. And when it says, "We must part from the idea that in the earth's atmosphere the air density decreases with altitude due to the pressure reduction," that is a correct, so why must we "part from the idea"?
@MargaretLeber4 ай бұрын
The text-to-speech pronunciation is abominable. " isoburr" "hectopiskals" "substract" . Also it's incorrect to call something a "correction factor" if it's applied by addition.
