I always loved this song, the chilling lyrics with the slow music, they felt like the game itself, always approaching, slowly and methodically. Until the end arrives, then it taunts you by telling you they haven't even begun yet. Just like the game series does to this day with it's endless cycle.

Interestingly, this gives me a completely different mental image than the original song does. Rather than a relentless villain, this one gives me the vibes of a scorned hero who is somehow being extorted for entertainment, like being forced to complete acts and puzzles for the entertainment of higher beings, and has had to kill other competitors to survive. Sort of like a dark fantasy version of Squid Games. And the song is about him having had enough, and he’s getting ready to break out and take revenge. Amazing work!

i have a idea....could you make a series about this? a what if were William ( inspired by the comment of Jitter) is forced by superior beings to play in a fantasy/twisted version /hell of the squid games with other competitors( other lost souls ) for the price that the last standing would ve the wish to change everything.... but he had enough and is ready to find and kill the entities that bringed him to that spiral of dead and suffering..... and the sequel is going down song ....( you can make it if you like, if not....well was a suggestion)
