Thank you for this very nice review and demonstration. I have had a vacuum sealer since the 1990s and a chamber vacuum sealer for the last few years. I love the chamber sealer because I can seal liquids, the vacuum is greater, and the bags are much cheaper. They are great gadgets. FYI, it is probably not a good idea to vacuum-seal raw onions, mushrooms, or garlic. Listeria can grow under a vacuum, and it is containment on these vegetables. Usually, it is not a problem because other bacteria "compete" for space on the vegetable. However, many other bacteria can't grow in low oxygen, but Listeria can giving it an advantage when vacuumed. Listeria can make you pretty sick. Again, thanks for putting together this very nice video.

Thank you for being very clear that vacuum sealing is NOT true canning ala hot water bath or pressure canning. No other video has said so explicitly. Appreciate you removing all doubt. Not a deal breaker for me. Vacuum sealing is just a separate technique.
