11:00 maybe us a command block to remove one or two water levels from the cauldron to make it seem more like the water is colored. You can also change the size of the dust particle to make it not show outside of the walls of the cauldron.

Thanks for the great suggestion and great idea with the water level! It's always a process tweaking particles to get them just right. I'll give that a shot!

On Bedrock edition, we can put potions in the cauldrons, and click the cauldron with arrows to make them a tipped arrow. Three potions can "tip" an entire stack of arrows with this method.
