Avila | XXV Medieval Festival 🇪🇸

During the first weekend of September the streets of the city return to the Middle Ages. The city is decked out to receive thousands of visitors who during these days enjoy parades, tournaments, shows, gastronomy, music and fun. Also known as the “Market of the Three Cultures”, the streets of Ávila are filled with Moors, Christians and Jews, minstrels, merchants, bailiffs, silversmiths… and all of them accompanied by the people from Ávila who actively participate making this event the most important from the city.
