Basically 3 points 1. Don't passively write notes but actively engage with the material - after teacher teaches a slide pause the video and try to write (for example write definition, derivation, any concept, cases or formulas) whatever the teacher taught by yourself this helps u to recognise what you may forgot immediately after learning. 2. Try to solve the questions before looking at the solution done by the teacher. 3. write about the topics you may forget in your native or regular used language to better remember those points some extra tips given include ,making separate notebooks for questions and theory, and using PDF of questions if you have too many questions to write, prefer handwritten notes over digital notes.

Jisme k 1 subject k notes or lecture krne me , hmara 2 hr ka lecture = min 4 hours (+ active recall )to lgte hi notes or understanding k sath . Atleast 3 subject= 4×3 = 12 hours . To fir ham revision, practice, dpp , homework ye sb kb kre ? Plz response 😢
