this is under my husbands name, Marvin, but I am not him, my name is Kathy, if I understood you correctly, you stated that the yarn that goes through the mini rattle must be as wide as the yarn on the wheel, I thought I also heard you say to make the sections as wide as you need, which I have done, but they do not come up the same width, I have less on the mini raddle because the directions for the pattern I am doing says to do 24 epi. am I winding the yarn on the wrong way?

How wide are the sections on your sectional beam Kathy? If one inch sections, and 24 epi, you would wind 2 ends per dent on the mini-raddle of the warping wheel till you fill 12 dents (24 ends total) and transfer to your sectional beam. If 2 inch sections, you would fill 24 dents on the mini-raddle (48 ends total) and transfer to your sectional beam.
