I’m here because I lost my instructions. 😂 I had a stylist complete my 1st texture release. I did my 2nd & I’ll be doing my 3rd one this year. (I was a licensed stylist but let my license lapse after going to NP school.) No heat damage so far. Hair’s easier to manage so less breakage. I work out 5-6 days a week & it holds up better than just a silk press without the texture release. I’m considered 3c/4a. I love it. I’m sold.

Perm(relaxer) no not at all because it doesn’t make the hair bone straight. It makes it less frizzy and it detangle easier and blow dried quicker.
