Man, for the price! This is impressive. Might go with this before I jump into Xtool top of the line 20W set up! I subscribed and love your channel! Great ideas. Love the lack of conversations. LOL. Must easier to just watch and learn. Talk is cheap. :)

I have the 2S Max. Exactly how much better is this new model? And is there a way to upgrade my existing laser to it, or would this not make sense? Thanks.
@AVmake2 жыл бұрын
It has couple cool features but nothing crazy.Air assist kit and cable management are nice upgrade over 2s max.Up to you to decide is it worth upgrading.In my opinion no if you have A40640 module.

Have you used the xtool? I have been trying to decide between xtool d1 and this one. How easily does laser focus on this one?
@Curious_Skeptic2 жыл бұрын
Same! Just noting this is a very low watt system. 5-11w. Vs. 10-20W options on Xtool. Think Xtool is a few steps above what can be done here. Although, how did they cut that thick pine with low watts??
@Kun3732 жыл бұрын
@@Curious_Skeptic Actually this is a laser technology problem. The laser does not mean that the greater the output power, the more influential the laser is, but how powerful the laser beam's energy is. It depends on the energy collected and emitted by the laser beam. It requires a strong technical and scientific research ability to be able to make a tiny laser with the same effect as a high-power laser.I think NEJE done this well

@@Kun373 Makes sense. Thanks for the clarification. Still a LOT to learn!

how do you focus the laser for cutting ? Let's say you wanna cut 8mm plywood , your focus should be right in the middle of the piece so 4mm - A4060 module has adj focus so i don't how you can get it to work .. I have a fixed machine and it's much easier but i really like the power of this neje module but just confused as to how to get it cutting properly.. Any help is appreciated..

Hi, When Im cutting 4mm plywood (2 pasess)Im not changing focus at all. But when Im cutting something thicker than that I like to lower whole laser module lets say 2mm after every pass. It all depends on material and how well can you cut it with one pass.But best thing is to do cut test (speed/power/passes)
