Two important questions - 1) Agar hum sote waqt ya bed pe rest ke time do teen pillow leg ke neeche rakh kar soenge to kya blood flow hip me better hoga as it happens when we lift our leg upwards cos aisa lambe time ke lie leta ja skta hai 2) pain agar moderate hai but there is slight difference in walking because of this.. Can this be rectified by two or more souls in one leg shoe
