But ye toh Hip arthritis mai bhi pain hoga ye locations pe. Then how can we be sure if its Hip arthritis or AVN ?

AVN 👇 A condition that occurs when the hip joint doesn't receive enough blood flow, causing the bone to collapse and lose its shape. This can lead to severe hip arthritis. Early-stage AVN may not cause symptoms, but as it progresses, people may experience pain in the hip, groin, thigh, knee, and/or buttocks. The pain usually develops gradually over time, and the range of motion of the affected hip may also be limited. If left untreated, the femoral head can collapse, which can lead to a form of arthritis called osteoarthritis. Hip arthritis👇 A degenerative joint disease that can be caused by a number of factors, including wear and tear on cartilage, rheumatoid arthritis, or dysplasia. Symptoms include pain in the groin or front pocket, thigh, or knee, limited range of motion, difficulty getting in and out of low cars, and limping.

@@DrSunilbaghelPhysio Yes. I Know both of them but both have same early symptoms. It can only be differentiated by doing X ray, MRI scan, Bone density test. Just by Phsiotherapy tests, it is impossible to predict whether it is AVN or Hip arthritis if X-ray or MRI scan or Bone density tests are not done before.
