Love the washroom off the garage and the mudroom type area before getting into the house. The curved opening to the living room adds such a touch of class. Master bath is so relaxing (assuming those are glass tiles all around?). It is truly elegant and functional in a tiny tight but not cramped layout. Great job!

The house looks like it was built one piece at a time by different builders. The interior is functional, though I would either relocate the TV or eliminate the fireplace.

This house is ABSOLUTELY magnificent but the only thing I would add is it could be done would be a wider back porch area for entertaining guests or just relaxing atmosphere to enjoy your coffee in the morning while you watch the sunrise 🌞

I hate the new trend of the camera backing through a doorway. That is not how we view things as we enter a house. Very off putting for me.

This home’s curb appeal is minimal. Too many different colors and textures on the outside of the home as if you’re looking at multiple additions. Once inside the feel of the home improves with a semi open concept. The Master Suite is quite nice except the closet which a bit small and in the bathroom. On the other side of the home are a half bath, a full bath that is nice, and 2 bedrooms that are on the small size and have no dresser wall space but do have a full wall of closets in each, not at all my preference but I could live with it. Laundry room is nice but where does the dryer vent? Won’t have self venting. Probably not a home I would build. Heating and AC would require 2 units on each side of the home to get any sense of even temperatures.
