I go out to eat by myself all the time. And go to the movies, travel, etc. I am surprised when people tell me they could never do that. But everyone is different. Must be the introvert in me!

I love that tree topper! It drives me crazy too that it's like a thing now to have a decorated tree with no topper! I love Christmas tree decorations! It's so cool to buy nice ones that will last and you can keep in the family! I have tons of ornaments that were passed down to me and I absolutely love them. Christmas decorations are just one of those things that are important to me to be handed down through the family.

I travel alone for work alot and it took me a while to go out and eat by myself but once I did I loved it. It means I don't miss out on seeing the new cities I am in and eat more delicious food!

I love the tree topper you picked! I'm glad I found your page the other day and can't wait for the rest of your vlogmas. I have ventured off an watched a few of your other videos as well and I really like the study tips and the one about law school. Your so smart and sophisticated and I'm glad I found someone on KZbin that is worth of watching because there can be a lot of superficial on here but your totally down to earth and are definitely right about having dinner on your own. Get a really light one with lots of pigmentation and mix it with your summer foundation! I like the Vichy dermablend for this purpose. A bit heavy on its own but works like a dream to adjust pigmentation :)

A table for one. I did this - years ago. I didn't have anyone who would eat sushi with me, and I was really hungry for some - so I went to the grand opening of this new restaurant myself. Well, it was probably the most awkward I had ever felt. I've tried to get over it, but for some reason I just prefer eating with someone else (I even brought a book to read to make it less awkward - didn't work for me... I was interrupted so much throughout my meal I just wanted to leave). However, I can see a movie myself. Something about the lights going out that makes me feel much less awkward! Glad you enjoyed the movie though - I tend to think those are "family-oriented" films. When it's okay to be seen by an adult, but made for a child. Therefore, fits the parameter of each individual.
