Sorry about your joint pains. I do chamomile tea, handled mine pains by doing some food elimination and adding some of the ones I noticed are less inflammatory.

Great information! Thank you so much! I`m watching all your videos! They are very helpful! But i really missed fennel tea! I drink every day up two 2liters of a mixture of fennel/sage/ginger/anis tea. It really helps with sweating and i feel it makes me calmer. Also kurkuma! I drink a little cup of “golden milk“ ecery day. Just any plant derived milk with a teaspoon kurkuma and half a ts of cinnamon, a little bit of coconut oil, pepper and fresh ginger. Cook it and strain it and if you like. Sweeten with some honey. It`s delicious and so helpful in menopause!

You are my friend forever Eileen, I never heard of Nettle tea, started looking it up in KZbin and it is a miracle tea. Wow. I'm having my first cup right now hoping it will do me well too. Thanks. I'm officially in that pre menopause phase. Thank you for all the great information about this topic.

Dear ma'am, love your videos!! May i just add that licorice and nettle are both contributers to hypertension, so people suffering high blood pressure should be careful taking them. I take a mixture of coriander, cumin and fennel, has a very calming effect. (mix available on amazon, boil it with water for a great warming/relaxing tea. Also want to try sage for relaxation, and milkweed for liver. Will try those out and update!

I drink soy milk and I found that drinking most of the teas you mentioned with my milk instead of water has helped me a lot. I have always enjoyed a cup of tea, but too much tea and it would cause constipation and to make it sweet would cause mild upsets, so I found the best way and I can drink a variety of teas a day and its helped me reduce my coffee intake as well....thank you for sharing this wonderful information, and Licorice is on my list for next week :)

You mention soya- but doesn't soy have estrogen mimicking properties? Also most soy at least here in USA is genetically modified 😞
