It's not on my top neighbourhood list however it is not bad. The closer you get to the water you get a little into the industrial area. closer to gage park is nicer. People enjoy gage park area a lot. Are you currently looking at a property there?

Houses on the mountain are definitely pricier then off the mountain. It's a more desirable area to live for sure.
