I have a question, as an adult we have the mandatory document of change in appearance affidavit. In your video you mentioned to put it as “has changed” and signature has not changed. Now my question is in that case should we check the box that you showed in this video “change in particulars” -> appearance ?

Hi, I have one question what if my address has changed. I am no longer at the address which is on my passport. Also, I don't have any support documents to provide my new address. I tried to update my aadhar online but that is also rejected. In such case should I apply with my old address ?? whenever I travel back to India I can update my aadhar and passport.

I have travelled to US in 2023 , and working in US on H1B visa. Before thia travel i removed my middle name “Kumar” from my passport. Now realised that my marriage and degree certificates have middle name in it. My Previous passports on which i trevelled to USA in 2010, 2013 and 2019 and my SSN card had middle name in it. I need to file my GC early next year and came to know that this will create problem as all documents will not have middle name. May i know what is the fix of this problem? Should i apply passport renewal from within US? If yes, what exactly is the process?kindly advise
