Thanks for the walkthrough! Made the process seamless. It would help to mention the date format (ddmmyy or mmddyy) in the supporting documents. Annexure E auto-corrected my date to mmddyy whereas the Affidavit for change of appearance was accepting either way. It would help to have a standard.

Question - When you were filling Place of Birth at @05:15, you entered district as Ahmedabad but the same was not visible in Passport Preview Page at @13:08. It just showed Porbandar, Gujarat. I accidentally entered my Indian address for both the options. Unfortunately, I only noticed this error when I went to add my address on the VFS Global site which mentions about having the same address as mentioned in the govt form which would be the US address. I’m unsure of how to proceed since I don’t see an option to withdraw the government application form. Hello, you can buy from fedex shipping centre. To send your Indian passport renewal application through VFS in the USA, you should use the FedEx Envelope, FedEx Reusable Envelope, FedEx Small Pak, or FedEx Large Pak.
