Wow. It's just like my bedroom! Absolutely shocking. I've actually stayed in worse. A place round from the Philly, we had to use a 'towel' folded to stop the window from falling in and Yvonne was bare arsed in the street after a fire alarm at 4am. I may be wrong, but I think another vlogger reviewed this room. He abandoned ship too. Like you said Katie, at least you could go home. xx

Wow, Katie, I don't blame you for going home. That was bloody disgusting. I really hope no one pays to stay there. We stayed on Lonsdale Road the first time we came to Blackpool (actually, we stayed in the b&b next to Chris Higgitts b&b) . The street really has gone downhill. it's such a shame. But Blackpool does have so many fantastic accommodations, many of which you have covered. Thank you for sharing and maybe stopping one family booking here. Xxx

I can't believe that Hotel is still in Business you only paid £20 for the night but Yes there is no Excuses for it not being cleaned i wouldn't off stayed either. If I'm correct David, you are right. Another vlogger said it reeked of herbal cigarettes and was a tad 'noisy'. When I first moved to Blackpool, I had a place worse than this. Thankfully I found a flat the next day.

Oh Katie, that is a total dump. Ypu did the right thing with going home, why put yourself through hell to stay there. I'm glad that you highlighted this as yout review could save someone from going on a hloiday from hell. This does not represent what Blackpool is aiming for and these places need to be exposed. Your reviews are always fair and balanced and the camera dosent lie. We stayed at the Queens Mansions this year in May and it was great we were in the Elizabeth suite. I saw your recording of Bispam the other day when you looked at the info on the door. Were back there in November and looking forward to the illuminations! It reminds me of the Simpsons episode where Homer goes into a run down pub and asks for a clean glass after being given a filthy one. Towels are a breeding ground for germs. They need to be disinfected on the regular even if you just use your own, let alone a public place. Reminds me of those useless filthy rags that you pulled in a loop back in the day in public toilets, with all the dirt and grime on them from people who think running their hands under water for 3 seconds counts as washing your hands (before replaced with air dryers).

There’s a couple of guys I watch on here that review the lower priced hotels and some of theirs have been bad but this is worse than any I’ve seen them do, it’s the first time I’ve felt physically sick. Places like this are what gives Blackpool it’s bad reputation. Stayed in a place like that in kings Cross years ago,prossys used it and it had a Johnny that wouldn't flush in the bog.i was working on the toilets at the millennium dome so after pulling a 12+ day I was glad to sleep anywhere.was the only place we could get and had to use the tube with all our tools.only good thing was a 24 hour maccys

That place is another used to house the temporarily homeless some of these places run purely by getting a homeless person in and then be paid by council money, a lot more than £16 per night too, so they just don't care.

You should do a review on MyRoomz orchid hotel 😅 we stayed there with the kids for 5 nights paid 200, and if we could get somewhere different for the same price, we would have done. I know you get what you pay for, but you expect it to be clean. Don't get me wrong the manager was amazing but the boss/building manager needs to sort it out

I stayed in a hotel last night and the noise was awful and got woken up at 4am by next door drinking smoking and and up too naughty stuff . I stayed at the milton hotel on 24 Bairstow Street, Blackpool, FY1 5BN, United Kingdom😢 Never again plus the shared toilet was nasty fallen roof .

This is so bad but I stayed at one on the same road called coco beach about 6-7 year ago and it was horrible had the bed changed 3 times and still wasn’t great it was so bad I had to check in else where 🤦🏻‍♂️ it shocks me that they are aloud to rent rooms out in this state :(

Hi Katie hope you are well we have just watched the video of the midway hotel what I say was disgusting the hotels like this in blackpool should not be allowed to be open it was a filthy I won't swear it's a family channel what I say Katie was a s hole I hope you got your money back the hotel will have the council round to inspect it they could not be bothered to clean the room I'm a housekeeper I left a room like in my care home my manager would go mad it is happening a lot in the hospitality industry cleaness does not cost much as you say there are better hotels and guest houses in blackpool don't let it put you staying in hotels in blackpool if you need a list of good hotels they are Sutton park Walford hotel deneside hotel westholme hotel Myrtie house hotel trentham hotel the Halifax hotel the Trafford hotel won four in a bed the pearl hotel my favourite hotel the ruskin hotel Albert road blackpool hope these hotels that have said help they are spotless hotels thanks Katie ❤ from Keith
