Additional Notes as I tried to go for a 1:19.9... Turn 2 stay on 5th all the way through the long right to the braking zone. It's slightly quicker.

I spent a few hours getting into the top 3% for this event and saw your name in the top 10. Now I can see where I am losing time, thanks for the upload! A detailed walkthrough makes it very clear where I can shave off two more seconds to secure my first gold medal!

Phew, I drove like 800km (bought the car just for this event) and finally got 1.21.509, and the best position I ever had, really happy that I finally did it. Funny thing was, your ghost was always just like half a second in front of me and I always screwed up in the last 3 corners. After I nailed the current gold time, which took me ages, I got better and better. Maybe not a world record, but means a lot to me. Thx for your awesome content man 🤘

Finally a gold time today only by 5 hundredths of a second 😬 Hope it holds up. This was EXTREMELY difficult for me.. I think when the pros get their hands on these high performance cars on soft tires.. it really shows how much better they are than me LOL. That flat out into turn 3 was a nightmare! 🤣

After 30 Laps I'm still at 1:22.9 about a second away from gold ,not so easy lol. I will try short shifting the car as I was ringing it's neck. I could not believe d r s was not an option,it would have made this even more challenging, it's what makes this car so special to drive. Great video T . I would like to point out that bollards are stationary and delineators are made to be run over ,or in this case not. Ha!

I did 1.21.5 on controller fuji last sector is nightmare on controller hope it’s enough for gold.

Yes tidge, I'd very much like to see minimum speeds on all corners. You do this every now and again and I like it but I want/need it for the entire track 😅 Great vid as usual 🎉

ah yes, watching these videos always makes it look so easy, and then my first lap was a 1:35 yesterday and all hope of gold was crushed.

Are you sure it will be that easy ? Your gold estimation is 1:22.2xx but in fact it is already at 1:22.0 😅😅 Btw, Fuji with SF19 was the 2nd TimeTrial in GT7, and it was one of the most difficult : only 4.18% of gold according to half_sourly

I'm amazed it's gone down as far as it has to be honest, sometimes I can be wrong as it's all estimates on day 0

Crazy if you think this was easy. Coming from a guy that beat your pad lap also on a pad in the previous X2019 trial.

I base the difficulty on quite a few factors to be honest and again it's an opinion. I expect alot of people to beat my pad lap as I only use it once a week on this time trial. But I felt this was easier due to the fact I got the pad time very quickly.

@@tidgney This one hard as. Especially since the time needed is .3 quicker than what you put. Very hard on pad this one. Last sector is brutal.

You could use the red sign on the right as a break mark for the left turn (weird hairpin opening up) after the very long right turn? Or not?

I find it hard to use that because I'm looking towards the corner. But use whatever you feel is best 😊

I have yet to understand the difference between ABS weak and default and when to switch it depending on the car. I’ve only heard that default should be applied to Gr3 cars and weak for Gr4. Not sure if that’s accurate. Can someone explain it please?

I can try help (I've done a video on this as well). But ABS weak means the game won't interfer with brakes as much which means more locking, or the potential. It also means the car will potentially stop better which forces more weight transfer and so you can get more rotation. But with that comes more instability. I use ABS weak on everything but a good example of where not to use it is the Lambo Gr.4 as that think can spear off very quickly with ABS low.
