My brain malfunctioned in the first 2 minutes. I'm still seeking the answer for an hour. At 1:45 "The stress is on the first syllable. GUA, GUAntee. I gUArantEE (*I can't tell which is stressed) you'll learn English if you practice, and they're offering a money-back guaranTEE. Same spelling and same pronunciation". Which two have the same spelling and pronunciation? My interpretation was that "guaranty" was mostly used in legal context so I could forget about it for today, after the first 25 sec. Then we were learning the usage of "guarantee" as a noun/verb, my first guess was they differ in pronunciation like "record" for noun and verb but K. Sorry for this rambling comment, I'm melting down

Sorry for the confusion. I wasn't clear in the video. Both words are pronounced exactly the same. There are 2 stresses. One on the first syllable and one on the third syllable. Thank you for being a member and supporting our channel.

@@mrmememe777 Thank you for the clarification! Some people always say one of either GUArantee, guaranTEE, or GUAranTEE, others do both occasionally. I could confirm that as it's everywhere in the ad videos; I binge-watched those for printing companies, web hosting, retail consulting, ski clothes, cattle feeders, horse hay, vitamins, education materials, sewing machines, car washers, luxury watches, etc. Fortunately, they are usually short (30sec - 2min) and fun to watch. Today I learned a lot again.
