Gaby...I had no coach but still I was practicing weightlifting and I am happy and feel proud that my experience and skills almost matches your idea...otherwise I am not a big name in weightliftings

Because most weightlifters don’t agree with her and ignore her silently. She studied finance has no formal training in coaching nor has she significant practical experience, has never competed, keeps her total secret and has weird takes sometimes basically always regurgitating the Chinese technical model.

Lower back straight or arched? I see the full back arched sometimes is that dependent on the lifter's anatomy?

Wow she's amazing how little and cute but she knows so much about weight lifting. I would love to have her as a coach. I'm a old man who wants to learn to lift weights. And I have 40 years lifting and don't know much. I did body building and that is not helpful.

That does not work staying on the balls of your feet past the knees as you can't open the hips to bring the back I n.
@alubchicken2 жыл бұрын
it's much easier to keep "balance over mid foot" but you'd never be as athletic if you aren't putting all your pressure on the balls of your feet. But that's just the Chinese theory of weightlifting, European style is indeed different.
