A really good book/ manual to use read, Fibromyalgia and Miofacial pain syndrome . It discusses all of this. What kind of PILLOW do you use that has formaldehyde? Start with getting rid of that by getting a natural, tallalay latex pillow. Clean your air vents. Don't use plastic when heating foods in microwave, use paper or glass. A few things you can do without having to rebuild your home. If you want carpet, get wool throw rugs.

I was seeing that now they import a lot of wheat from Canada and still write on the pasta packages made in Italy … it’s getting harder. Personally I just don’t touch it! Dr K said it’s easier to go grain free. I dont think so but definitely not in a gray zone when it comes to gluten and dairies. That’s much easier to be healthy that way.

true always look on the bright side of life chronic stress does not help me figured that out after having kids and extended family who do not understand autoimmune conditions glad i have no carpet now things you learn every day i cant have outside air miss it loads but sets me off with cutaneous discoid lupus get an immune response having a walk in the park or going outside why low vitamin d it seems try taking vitamin d it helps i can only have a low amount it damaged my kidneys im low ended up high levels hyper attack sorted it out now
@okeke481111 ай бұрын
@@tracysmith245 Hi Tracy, reading your comment worried me a little, I have the impression that you have supplemented with vitamin D, that is something dangerous if that is the case, whether it was on your own or if a doctor has advised you to do so, there are things that must be taken into account before, in fact supplementation would be the last case without taking into account why you have low vitamin D, high inflammatory markers reduce it, as well as other factors (internal, intestinal permeability, low-in-diet fats, etc...) and external factors such as taking statins reduces the synthesis of vitamin D. The damage to the kidneys was most likely caused by supplementation. My advice, if it works for you, is to stop taking vitamin D, give the intestines rest periods with intermittent fasting, avoid foods that promote intestinal permeability and identify inflammation (sugar, grains) that harms you, when autoimmune episodes are Less common, I am sure you will identify the cause. I've been through all of that and I can attest that it seems more complicated than it really is. I hope it helps you something.

Finding great alternative meals is everything. Who doesn’t love bread or rice? But making a bowl of olives, sweet peppers, feta, blue cheese, pickled beets, macadamia, Brazil, walnuts, with EVOO and ACV is wonderful. A good homemade curry or soup, or just a simple omelette kicked up with mushrooms and a protein source. Once you get in the mode of great replacement meals, you never look back.

i got hit by a soft ball in the head when I was in 3rd grade. Passed out and had terrible pain in the head (skull bruising) for a while. years later, I had late onset hypermobility type Ehlers Danlos Syndrome with global instability. My level of pain was always quite high and developed central sensitization while on high dose oxycodone for over 2 decades. finally was forced off of the oxycodone b/c it stopped working and just left me with permanent hypothalamic and gut damage. Could this blow to the head have been a contributing factor to my chronic pain and gut issues? I also have UC, polyarteritis nodosa and fibromyalgia which are all in remission thanks to non dairy, high fat carnivore diet and 16-8 intermittent fasting which I have been doing for the past 3-5 years.

I visited a lot of neurologists doctors, they did all kinds of tests on me but nobody seems to have a diagnosis. How can I get an appointment with Doctor Datis Kharrazian. Could you please help ? I’ll do what ever it takes to find out what is happening with my Brian. Thanks again I listen your podcast every day.

@GabrielleSamsonCoach to get it under control the best medication is Effexor 75mg. Then having a ketogenic diet. Sleeping 8 hours a night. Balance exercises. Staying fit and getting your heart rate up so your brain has good blood flow. And finally, I manage excitement (stress). Know your limitations, know when to stop and rest. Xx I hope this helps, it is an awful thing. It took a long time to get it diagnosed for me. I didn't know what was going on. By the way, it often affects people who aim for perfection and have high standards that they put on themselves.

What triggers it? Other medications also. Have it for 7/8 years post chemo - like brain on fire. No diagnosis no treatment - suggestions of illicit drug use ETC. I learn more sooner here than from Consultants or Doctors . Why ? Can't talk for long periods read, multi task without feeling like my brain is inflamed , vertigo , nystagmus, dizziness, gastro issues, having to lie down and have head back. Looking at the ceiling helps alot but it needs a coat of paint lol. Looking up helps. Light sensitivity, clumsiness, sore joints, stiffness- all connected. Spasms,cramps, heaviness and fatigue. Slowness. All began with medical treatment. Perfectly fine before. There is a case for supplementary care- nutrients, vitamins,aminos, etc. Have an air purifier system.It helps. Windows open, plants, greenery cleans indoor air.. In the USA the government funded a study into apartment dweller health when there was a high incidence of mycobacteria infections . They found that the air quality in bathrooms was the culprit - and cheap shower heads. Otherwise healthy people were contracting lung infections.

So diet is of ultimate importanceto help , omega 3 (Flaxseed and Chia seed oils ) switches off the inflammatory response, while avoiding inflammatory foods, would be useful to have a list of foods to avoid. Hepa air purifiers are great no doubt, Great video thank you.

High in starch which breaks down into sugar in the gut. The other problem is how many people cook potatoes, which cause elevated AGEs.
