I think poverty is exist every whole world from USA to UK, why raises finger on india, in New York street or in Atlanta there is zombies drugs addict, homless peoples, rapist, looters infesting streets of urban America . In india such type of people's rarely seen. Most of the foreigners felt that delhi or mumbai represent whole india, but actually delhi or mumbai is not perfect place as being turist destination..
