Avoid Uneven Follicles in IVF

Optimizing IVF requires even follicles throughout the stimulation cycle. Uneven follicles lead to limited chances of fertilization and embryo development. It's crucial for all follicles to contribute.
I worked with a client for their first and second attempts at having a baby. In the first round, 32 uneven follicles resulted in no normal embryos.
The doctor was not willing to make adjustments for the first round that we had asked for and that was ok! We want a confident doctor.
Even better, when the results were not good (no normal embryos), the doctor was willing to make some changes we suggested next.
In the second round, with our adjustments, the results were more even follicles and healthy embryos!
We repeated and again got successful results with normal embryos!
With multiple embryos, the client confidently went into her transfer...and she is pregnant.
You can advocate for better IVF without me. For example, if you see your follicles are uneven from the start, that means you have to talk to your doctor about different priming protocols. If they are uneven once you start the stimulation medications, then you need to talk to your doctor about changing the stimulation medication (or timing or dosing of it).
