What size follicle is “too large” to trigger for an egg freeze cycle? (Ask the Egg Whisperer)

amh is 1.94 i will be 30 in july this year. had 17 follicles and only 7 eggs retrieved all 7 were mature 6 fertilized day 5 had 5 embryos 1 grade 3aa 5 day fresh transfer) and then they pushed the remainder 4 to day 6 because they were at stage before blastocyst. all degenerated except for 1 which is on ice (4bc) i just decided to do another retrieval right away which i’m about to start stimming for. i did 300 gonal and hcg lh 20iu last retrieval . this time i plan to do 225 gonal and 75 meno and add letrazole did i make a good decision

Thanks Dr.Amie for your nice talk ,is there a risk if we wait before the trigger shot if age is 39 or above that I may lose the eggs or premature ovulation can happen before egg retrieval...what egg size is better for IVF trigger shot in this age group ..I don't want to loose the big and good ones ?

about to start stimming for my second retrieval. last fresh transfer failed (5 day fresh of 3aa embryo) left with one on ice 4bc after they pushed 4 (stage before blastocyst to day 6) in which i lost 3 of them and it left me with one 4bc i decided to just do a second retrieval and shoot for transferring 2 embryos is a 3 or 5 day fresh better?

Around 37 min mark, mention of "NID"? Is that a supplement? I would like to start to learn more about this. "NID infertility" google search turned up nothing. Maybe I am hearing it wrong? Thank you!
