Footage is great but I'd suggest mirroring the rear-view gopro. So many times I though you'd squeezed someone when in fact they were on the outside

Half way through video and it's great, but one little tweak you could make is to flip the video for the "rear view mirror"? At the moment it's not quite what I'm used to from gaming. Anyway good luck witg everything, it's ace that you're getting to do it!

In other words his goal in the race was to race clean (no penalties and as little contact with other drivers) to prove that he could compete safely without causing incidents on the track. Especially starting that far back, winning was not only not the goal, but not an option. But a good clean race picking up positions from where you started is as good as a win to show a team that you belong on the track.

I really love the rearview cam you guys got going on there. I just wish it was mirrored so that it matched the way the cars flew past you instead of the guy who was marooned on the inside grass went past you on the right but it was on the left side in the "mirror". Might want to consider doing that the next time. I loved watching this a lot. Congrats on the racing, Jimmerino!

@@thejekky_br5022 a mirror MIRRORS. That image shown at the top is *not* mirrored! So as the other car approaches on the left in the camera it actually is approaching on the right IRL. That's the opposite of how a mirror works.

Glad you enjoyed the MX5 racing Jimmy. I was in “ the white car” in race 2 and after starting in P41 after a problem in race 2 had a lot of fun picking up 21 places but then got stuck in that gaggle. You did really well to keep out of trouble and to get on the pace so quickly🏁👏

Side note that on an editing standpoint, the "mirror cam" at the top of screen was such a genius touch that I took it for granted as a sim racer; really helped with a sense of awareness as a viewer. this takes me back! my friends dad used to race mx5s and I used to go with him and camp out! Waking up at anglesey circuit to the sound of formula jedi and the view of the sea was a highlight, before applying stickers to the mazda!
