Avoiding Disastrous Mistakes on New Construction Projects

What a glorious space to work in. I am half way through a new build at the moment doing a load of tray work for the first fix. The first few weeks was just me, alone in a big, empty, concrete box with nothing or no one in my way. Other trades are on site now and I feel more irked than I should do by their presence!

Im an apprentice working for small one man band. When we put led tape profiles in we install them before the boards are put up. How do you cut them out the way you do once its been boared. That will be good to know.

Just set up using laser level and cut out with a multitool. Messy job but atleast it goes in accurate and where I need it to be
