Jigoku is basically an emoticon in irl Nice to see Taisei again though. I don't actively seek out Japanese Tekken 7 footage as much as the next person but it is to my understanding that Taisei doesn't make it to a lot of events and/or doesn't get as much exposure (if at all) so it's nice watching his Steve in action again since EVO 2017.

Souna never seen him play but I'm not buying that he's just a troll. Trolling in a tournament is like asking to get your ass beat in the parking lot (at least with the way he toyed the match) Ill see when the stream is out tho

@@jvostudio Bro the video starts with him in winner's semi finals. He's already been through most of the tournament and he's trolling. What does that tell you? Must have zero fundamentals and game sense, right? I mean anybody could make it to winner's semi easily right
@jvostudio5 жыл бұрын
Souna winners semi in what group? Tanukana is not even in top 16 so he was probably the last one to qualify. Ive seen pro players troll but with this one by far what ive seen is a newbie with bad manners and luck. And that type of players are most dangerous against any pro offensive players because they are very unpredictable. Just in case you didnt catch my follow up comment, Ill have to watch the stream before ill consider him

The Japanese accept taunting/"teabagging*/ki-charging etc because they see it as fun and games. But honestly, Jigoku took it too far against Tanukana... he was literally going easy on her in a major event just to showoff... I don't understand how that flies as acceptible. Tanukana must have felt like crap.
@mazin91935 жыл бұрын
Dick Faggotson Grow up.
@earlyman74395 жыл бұрын
He's right you know. It's like being mad at a much better opponent taunting after they wipe the floor with you. He's not making fun of you, he's telling you to git gud.
@mazin91935 жыл бұрын
@@earlyman7439 I would feel like crap myself if I were a pro and my opponent goes easy on me in a major tournament while taunting (who wouldn't?). I actually like the guy.. he didn't mean to upset her but clearly got carried away then apparently apologized later, like he should. I'm not sure what being a woman has anything to do with it lol. Thirsty boys and their empty assumptions man. Throwing words like "White Knight" is all the rage nowadays among kids.
@earlyman74395 жыл бұрын
@@mazin9193 well you did specify tanukana despite the fact that he did that to everyone in the vid. Your orginal comment comes off as sympathic to tanukana especially when there's no need to be. Whiteknighting is relevant in tekken which is why the term comes up so often(see YUYU's sets at summer jam vs Shadow20z and Jtran). That mindset regardless is soft as hell. You don't owe your opponent, whomever they may be, anything other than a fairly fought match. The only thing that matters is winning.
@mazin91935 жыл бұрын
@@earlyman7439 I watched the bracket live starting from Tanukana's match. The overthetop disrespectful part isn't covered in Aris' video which only showed Jigoku's matches vs Taisei and Tanukana, His attitude didn't matter against Taisei because Taisei whooped him, and it wasn't nearly as bad as his final round with Tanukana whom he eliminated. If you can't tell the difference then that's on you mate lol. There are "white knights" around yes, but now that you mention it, there are also the shitbags who constantly and actively give females like Yuyu (who I'm actually a fan of. She's a wonderful person.) shit for having taunted a single time during her first international tournament, and this hate and slandering won't stop because they're misogynistic (Jigoku can get away with much worse), they can't wait to cling onto a mistake committed by a female player. "White Knight" is for the most part used by lowlives to scare people and keep the discussion in their control. Hence everyone has to explain that "I AINT WHITE KNIGHT I SWEAR TO GOD!!" every time they call someone out for blatant misogyny and double standards or else they'd be in my position (namely, being cyber-bullied). They're no less contemptible than the thirsty jerks who boo'd Jimmy. Jigoku overdid it with Tanukana (who I was never a fan of. No offense to her or her fans.) in the final match where he eliminated her. I don' t know or care how his earlier matches against random players went down since I don't have either the time nor the interest to watch low-level matches. Tanukana is the only player I saw Jigoku humiliate through and through and it is the reason why I felt a tiny bit of sympathy for her; THE GREATEST SIN OF MY LIFE.
