Watching this reminded me of when I’d play Tekken 2 with my now late friend Jeremy. In my youth every time I’d go over to his place to visit i would always lose and I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME. I would stay up hours in training mode on school nights to looked forward to beating him but never could lol This makes me miss those days and I’d take that ass whooping again if it meant he could be here. Never expected this level of support from so many people, thank you so much for your kind words! It means a lot to me truly.

This guy is 100% a flow state player. He doesn't need to think ahead, he's constantly in the moment and nailing every command perfectly that he needs to do. constant pressure and near perfect execution. These types of guys can be beaten by just interrupting them. It's easy to frustrate flow state players by nicking their armor just a few times.

As a pro yoshimitsu player I see that every yoshimitsu player has created his own style of playing. It's like a sub-style within a style. Suave Don the amount of cringe in your comment is better then your “law” lmao. Who said anything about your cute adorable little baby law and his backflips? “Best character since ps1” are you really pulling that one? That’s like saying you like pink color and it’s the best color in the world. While it is cute and adorable, its an option and I highly doubt it’s a statement you want to say to the tekken community Cause trust me you’d get ripped apart verbally. Pretty childish. It ain’t that serious honey boo boo. The fact that you opened up with mentioning law and backflips in the same sentence proves my point honey boo boo. Too easy...

When playing Jin, you just gotta be aggressive against yoshi or you have to turtle at range two. Most of the "strings" you saw aren't strings but just quick moves stacked together, most of which are negative on block. Jin has a lot of good aggressive moves with good frames. Yoshi has no range really either, so if you turtle at range two, he either has a launch punishable low to poke, a minus 14 ch mid launcher and a high ch launcher. So his options are extremely limited at that range and 2/3 times you can get a launch just by ducking at range because almost no yoshi will throw out cd1 since it's so easy to launch punish.

@@FredM8Beats You should watch eyemusician KZbin channel. He uses that a lot, unless it's a female character. I also tried it on Tekken 6. It works on everyone except Ling. You slightly have to be off axis to make flash work. It works on female hitbox characters as well in T7 but you have to be off axis most of the time. Edit: Yes, Yoshi needs to be in NSS.

PSA: Attention all Tekken players. If you can understand the flow of a match, your movement and execution options, coupled with an understanding of the opponent and their 'flow', THIS is the level of decimation you can achieve. Fight as many of us as you can. Never surrender. I will see you when I'm looking at you.

Tip for Main Man from a Yoshi main: (Work in Progress, Will Edit) 1) If Yoshi likes to do full crouch swordsweeps neutral, backdash away. The swordsweep has a pretty short range. (New Edit) 2) If Yoshi is partying hard, adapt a patient play style. Treat the opponent like a toxic Eddy button masher. Stay away and wait for an opening. A good Yoshimitsu will rely on quicker unblockables since Yoshi doesn't have a "decent" low poke. Bait out his unsafe moves, especially his flash. This type of playstyle is Yoshi's weakness. And yes, I'm aware that it's easier said than done. ✌😅
