I could tell by your enthusiasm towards this house AG. I just finished watching the same price tag from Cebu real state which is a rubble compared to this. By far this is the best house in terms of quality and for its price. Not gonna lie, this is also your best outfit and hair do.

wala ako masabi! well designed saka good taste ang designer, from colors to materials! gusto ko yung mga cr na earth tones/colors, matte black ang plumbing, kung baga wala masyadong makintab, maganda din ang lighting, hindi sobrang liwanag. dami pa maganda pde sabihin, kaya sa criticism na lang idagdag ko. 1:00 kahit wala na itong slats. hindi na kasi makita o distraction sa natural stone wall. 16:45 family/activity area sa 2nd floor, bawasan lang area niitong high ceiling.

The future owner of this house must be very lucky. The exterior and the interior are all well organized. Kulang lang ng swimming pool hehe. Nawindang aq sa Den palang, tapos yung hidden linen storage haha ang ganda ng pagkakagawa ng bahay. Ang galing nung nag isip. Napaka ideal talaga. The ideas of the architect of this house is really brilliant. Thank you for the beautiful presentation Ms. Apple Grace. Now THIS IS MY DREAM HOUSE. Grabeee sa dami ng napanood kong real state house tour simula pa noon. Eto yung talagang sumakto sa gusto ko. Andaming magaganda pero minsan exage madami namang di ganun kaganda pero ang mahal meron ding maganda pero di siya cozy sa super modern na niya. But this?? Lahaat saktoo lahat ng gusto ko walang sobra walang kulang. Wow talaga. From open space galing living to dining to kitchen with no provisions is my peg since theen! Then the island sa kitchen huhu I’m obsessed. Pati yung rooms! Lalo na sa masters and the balcony! 😍 plus the walk in closet sakto lang yung laki.. tapos yung cr wooow sakto lang ulit.. super pinag isipan walang nasayang na space sa bahay! Ang gandaaa! 1 daay! Mabibili din kita hahaha or makakapag pagawa din ako ng kagaya mo 🙏😍💖

The house is picture perfect. It was made for a purpose of convenience but still thinking of electricty bill, the added technicalities running with electric will be high maintenance. In fact, the entire house is hopefully easy to keep for a lifetime. I love everything except that the location. I don't see myself ever living in Cavite. Thank you for all your sharing and those architectural used terms are fun to know.

It's really a smart way of make a bedroom/den in the first floor for our elderly as well as for the disabled,,..Who alrdy can't climb up the staircase this alrdy the perfect room for them too 😉

My Wife and I love the whole house!! We may change a few features like in the kitchen and add full function with heat and water massage bidet's to all the bathrooms. It reminds us of our main home here in N Scottsdale AZ. We are looking to build in Eastern Samar near Hernani, we may even buy something like this in the same area if possible the price seems reasonable.
