Avrame 120 ICF Foundation Finally Poured!

This was a slower week, but one of the best for progress. This week, our ICF foundation was poured! This means, we are ready for our lumber delivery and excited for the next steps to hopefully progress at a much quicker pace.
Our final plans were delayed for quite some time, so this obviously set us back on pouring the foundation. This week, things are finally starting to feel real.

Hi there! The foundation cost us $29,923 not including excavation, just parts and labor. We are pretty rural though, so that definitely plays into it. Where are you building?
