Historic Flight Foundation DC-3

Everett, Washington's Historic Flight Foundation recently flew home its newly-restored DC-3 from Sealand Aviation in Campbell River, British Columbia. The museum's founder, John Sessions, talks about the aircraft's rich history and its future at the Foundation.

On Cape Cod in the 1980s, I often flew DC-3s on PBA. I believe PBA operated the last scheduled DC-3 service in the lower 48. It will always be my favorite airplane.

so what are your thoughts on the big American / US Airways merger ? $ 11B deal... good for airline travelers or good for the airline business as in they can now set prices higher etc...
