AW Autocar/Heil Curotto Garbage Truck on Carted Recycle

Another oldie from Republic. Here we have a diesel Autocar Wxll / Heil Half Pack Front Loader with a Curotto Can knocking out some carted recycling. RecycLA has brought unlimited recycling to its customers so it's a nice gain for everyone.

Why were the blue bins getting dumped inside the truck. Were they broken?

With the new commercial franchise in LA alot of those places were getting dumpsters for recycling so they had to rid of the old carts.
