By far the best scale and flight of a model I’ve seen and I’ve seen hundreds of thousands. Beautifully built and flown. Never felt this way watching and hearing any other model. Mega props to you buddy

Absolutely perfect. Beautiful big scale manoeuvres, and that Moki sounds better than ever with your prop set up, no screaming blade tips, just effortless power - the way it should be :) Happy landings!

My favorite aircraft, in one of the best paint schemes, with its proper 5 blade prop and that glorious Moki. Superb, scale flying, beautifully smooth landing. If only we could have better video quality. Absolute stunner. Thumbs up sir, just made my day!

Hello, everyone, I can only agree with the comments of others here. An amazing flight with a proper World War II aircraft. A super nice model with an excellent Mokki sound. And at least someone who moves such a plane realistically and skilfully through the air and lands. Unfortunately, the video is only in a low resolution, I would have liked to have admired more pixxels :). As I have read and heard, is the cowling rattling? I was afraid that something would break during the flight. OooO. It used to be my dream to own and fly a machine like Foker Wulf. However, I am inexperienced when it comes to petrol engines. In addition, I know the models from Airworld but unfortunately they are too big and heavy for our model space. The other is the volume. And I'm tied to the airfield with a petrol engine. To ask here, what dimensions did your Hawker have? weight size etc? The other thing is that a large model only flies really well, stably and stylishly from more than 2 meters. I now fly 7 models, most of them tall gliders from 3 meters and more. For the motor models, I have a Pilatus Porter Pc6 E-version with 2.5 meters to fly, it flies true to scale quite slowly with only a maximum of 80 to 120 km/h, but it is very true to the original :). With my Antaris (Multiplex), on the other hand, I can reach speeds of up to 233 km/h after piercing, but it's also super stylish and can be flown with big curves and somersaults. In addition, I can fly outside on many meadows or slopes or on the mountain. And if you ever fly with a glider and a whole pack of storks with 30 animals or more come thermally circling, what a picture :). Here is a small video link of a real Hawker Sea Fury, an absolute pleasure of both models kzbin.info/www/bejne/m5rVc4uAedGfrq8. So, now I say goodbye, I wish you enough wind under your wings and I send my best regards from Lake Constance

Yes, we still come to Aberdeen each June competing at the Heli Nats (ok not last year with C-19) but I haven’t missed one in 29 years. We hope to be there again this June. Mark Tilbury and Trevor and Keith Wallinger have not competed for years, but they are all still involved with the Rc game.

@davewilshere3 жыл бұрын
No, it’s not my model, belongs to Andy in the video. It was a built by one of the club members, painted by another friend and finally finished by Andy with me getting involved with odd bits like balancing the prop and spinner. It was a real team effort.
