I miss the innocence I had as a kid, it allowed me to really imagine stuff like this when playing with actions figures. It’s not the same anymore no matter how hard you try, you could play with your toys as an adult and you’ll never get that same feel back. I stopped collecting back in like 2015 and recently started again because of my mom getting me actions figures for my birthday a few months ago. I still love the hobby and the passion is there because I went a bit overboard and spent like $2600 on actions figures that I always wanted but even with it sitting in my room or if I try to play with them like back on the day, It’ll never come back.

I know exactly what you are talking about, it's like finally noticing something was missing after thinking it was there for as long as you can remember. I recently figured out exactly what could help out with this but it feels like you're just trying to imitate it again. The imagination of a child truly is powerful.

@@cursedstreak3727 It's mostly associating it with a project, I'm actually part of a Cyantube channel called "SuperCyanhog" and it's just a Sonic plush channel where me and my friends act out skits or improv using Sonic plushies. I also do photography with Kamen Rider model kits. Basically just attach something to it that tricks your adult brain into thinking it is "professional"

I feel you bro, I had like a good amount of action figures when I was a kid (maybe around 30+). This was late 90s to early 00s. I usually did a tournament style or a battle royale wherein the bed is the battlefield. Pillows are the rocks. Marvel, DC, Dragon Ball, Digimon, Lego Minifigure, Power Rangers, Star Wars, Ninja Turtles, Transformers will battle it out. Or sometimes I borrow my sister's huge stuffed toys and there will be a boss raid. My mom sold my toys back then on a garage sale. If my mom could just see how much those worth now in ebay. Lol. I still collect action figures now that I'm a working professional. Although most of them are just in the box and still haven't even opened yet. I'm also picky now with action figures. But back then 5 points of articulation is enough and it's mostly imagination.
