Bless you for taking the time to post this. I'm surfing through a deep rising in the Kundalini at this time. I must say it's not something one can merely awaken on a whim but is given to those who are ready based on past lives (if that's too outlandish then ready altogether). One will have to hurry and dissolve the false self, all its dogmas, ideas, attachments, bad habits, lusts (especially lust), anger, etc. and truly dedicate one's time to meditation and austerities (self-denial and reduction). Symptoms vary and are as intense as they are indescribable (both the sweet and the unpleasant). The process also goes on for decades (The Mother will always be with you) as She prepares your next few lifetimes heading toward your ultimate liberation. (This kind of thinking becomes second nature.) Even so, for those being QUICKENED (and graced) by Kundalini, I desperately advise the reading of the Bhagavad Gita. It is basically the Hindu Bible but outlines flawlessly the science of Enlightenment and how to attain the ultimate goal. It is free online, not trying to sell anything. Bhagavad Gita - READ! In addition, this might seem icky for a lot of spiritualists but I would recommend invoking Jesus Christ. Obviously fundamentalism (Jewish writings of the Holy Bible taken literally) is not an ideal path for free thinkers and spirits, but I do believe Christ is Light to any who sincerely request to have Him in their hearts (the REAL Jesus, the compassionate one, we'll leave it that.) God bless all devotees! Once again, you won't regret reading the Bhagavad Gita...

The idea came to me (from within or from beyond.....All one in the same though we do realize) that I could align with that which is my true self and exists above, by emanating a blue, white & bright light from my body. I felt so light, so free, so airy. I didn't want to descend back into the density or weight of the world. But my light emanating abilities ceased, source light above then (instead of dancing above me and kissing my light) diminished to only apprehensively and almost obligatorily coming to me as I grasped for more in an attempt to hold on. I read a lot of the comments first and all I can say is wow, its supposed to be about awakening kundalini. I would think the next ?'s would be what to do now that you awakened it. But instead everyone is complaining about the bible and truth and jesus. And about hell as well. There are great places to go to get more info. about what to do now but I don't want to share it with the ppl here because no one sounds sincere about studying the Kundalini. I pray the sincere ppl find the path that they are seeking. I hope everyone else finds there bit of the divine that they are seeking and choose the wisdom to allow others their own private path.

I wanted to awaken my kundalini too. I tried lot and its been some week now. I don’t know how a person feel when he opened all his 7 chakras but I guess I have opened the 1st (root chakra) of mine which make me feel silence all around. It happens within 5-10 minutes of meditation and the process aren’t easy. It’s mind and focus challenging. I guess after all of this hard time of focusing I was finally possible to feel clam and silence around me which may be the activation of my 1st chakra(Root chakra) which I believe. I believe it is possible to awaken kundalini if we don’t loss faith and focus for a month/year and will surely be achieved. I will keep try in good methods until I awaken my all chakra! Peace. 🙏🏻✊🏻

Thank you..I will share my experience below I suppose this is my first time. I still feel very dizzy and light. I remember noticing my breath matched the song. I then remembered a breathing exercise I was taught where when you breathe in, your stomach comes out and so I tried that. I would inhale and feel so good and I would hold it in and I noticed how long I was capable I was of holding in my breath without difficulty or discomfort. I remember exhaling and that feeling like the greatest thing on earth. And with each inhale I forgot what it was like to exhale until I did again. And with each exhale I forgot how it felt to inhale until I did. And as I held each breath I noticed the stillness. And within the stillness I noticed the vibration of the song. And so I began to chant om to match the vibration. I was locked in but then I noticed I was or infront of me there was a swirl of indigo and white light. Just swirling and swirling. It made m really happy. I remember seeing a hand and then I felt something touching my left side. It tickled and I was scared that it would bring me back to my physical body because it tickled so much so it stopped but I knew it was still there. Then I don't know how or when but I just poured my whole heart out. I opened my heart and just I kept going and going. I don't even know where all of that came from. From my heart but, I did not know I had so much love inside me. I am not sure if this in order I wasn't paying attention to time or placement. I remeber the song ending it was silent and I could feel my whole body. I stayed there for a while and it was indescribable I knew I was in my body but I wasn't sure and when I moved I could feel my whole body vibrating. It took me a while to come back or well I don't think I'm supposed to come back to who I was I am new now. I am new. I feel really light. And I cannot imagine what I am gonna feel like if I'll even feel once I fully awaken

Damn, this is really kicking my crown chakra and third eye into high gear. So much tingling and pressure up there while listening to it. A part of me is hesitant because, during another kundalini vid here on youtube, a felt a huge sense of paranoia only after a couple of minutes of listening. I felt like i was being watched, which made me jerk my head up in the direction I believed the entity to be. My house has always hosted spirits, but I never knew any of them were "negative". Anyway, when I commented about my experience, someone said it could be a low vibrational entity trying to steal the energy from me. Another person said it was my ego that I was facing. Either way, I have to remind myself to cloak myself in white light or, what I like to do, shoots blasts of love energy in all directions to protect me. Thankfully, that's been the only vid that's caused a negative reaction. This one simply activates my connection with the universe on a deeper level. :) I'm enjoying the intense tingling.

I was sceptical at first, but it really has an effect. Anyone else felt tingly in their toes? I listened whilst my eyes were closed in a dim room. I felt the tingly feeling rise up my legs. My body only responded this way when I breath in and out deeply for like 5 minutes.
