Its so good when we let go in the world the things that are hurting us, especially the things that are long gone but still left a wound, perhaps made you scared. But if you can let go, turn over a new leaf, walk on the twi-lit path and wait long enough, to watch the sun come up and you realized the brightness was right in front of you; you just had to give it time. Never, ever ever give up. Do not give up. Release your inner sadness, shed as many tears, be vulnerable in your own presence, forgive yourself, forgive others, and move on. All anybody can do is continue to live, so just move on.

For many years now, I’ve had Severe Depression. Some days, I was so depressed I literally couldn’t even move. I was seriously on the verge of suicide. This thing is the real thing, I must say. I looked at other videos like it but they didn’t help. My brain can’t produce very many “happy chemicals”, but after listening to this I strangely felt better. I’ve been on medication since 3rd Grade to manage my brain chemicals and none of them have worked. But this Video does. I’m listening to it whenever I even feel the slightest of stress and it helps. I’m just surprised that out of everything- a KZbin video is what helped my literally crippling depression. Thank you.

I just found this youtube clip and started playing it for myself, but within 30 seconds of starting the music, she stopped all those negative reactions to the rain. She's now lying by my side, very peaceful, and breathing normally, with no drooling. I had no idea this would help alleviate stress and panic issues in animals. @@paulbaynton7736 Hey Paul, i wish i could tell you that this frequency can cure depression. But we both know thats not how depression works. This is meant to help you feel good, if meditating to it can release these chemicals it will definitely help someone to feel better, for a short period of time. But depression has a lot more to that. I would recommend using these to meditate, self reflection can help put things in perspective which can have a lot of benefits. So many people here, myself included, would love to find that one answer to cure depression, but for now self-reflection, opening up and talking, as well as building connections - can all help you in your journey. Wish you all the best Paul

OK I never comment on videos but I have to share this. It may sound crazy or like I'm "boosting" but I AM NOT! -- For the past 2-3 days, I had this pain in my neck/shoulder from falling asleep on my couch wrong. Usually when I get this pain, it takes like a week to go away. On my spiritual/meditation vibe, I play all sorts of different music, videos, etc. Earlier today, I chose this video to play in the background as I cleaned up my home. I eventually forgot it was even playing due to distractions lol. I didn't even read the description either so I didn't know it was to help relieve physical pain. I left to go to a workshop and came home to the video done (obviously) and then read the description. As soon as I read "to relieve you from insomnia, headaches and other pains", my eyes enlarged. I noticed my pain was gone. Like WHY IS MY NECK/SHOULDER PAIN GONE JUST LIKE THAT?!?! I'm so shocked. This stuff is real! I encourage you to tap into spiritually and holistic practices MORE! I had to share this because I know sometimes we doubt certain meditation music and stuff online so I hope me sharing this story will help and inspire you. Thank you to the creator of this video!!! Much love to EVERYONE

I worked at a call center with the wife and it was stressful. would love to go back in time a get the right diagnosis and meds. lost job lost wife. still going but its a learning process and daily chemical balance. endorphins dopamine serotonin oxytocin need a good balance of all these. Cortisol stress hormone shuts off your immune system its supposed to shut off when you escape the lion but at stress at a constant it mess up lots of stuff. this is a good video as well. kzbin.info/www/bejne/joC4Y6iYjNCihtk

I completely understand. I worked at a call center for a year and the stress of it in addition to a couple other things on top of it actually caused my already compromised kidney to shut down and had to get it removed, resulting in nerve damage and the development of fibromyalgia. I would seriously consider a career change. You have to think of your health in a situation like this. Your health is more important then anything. If you’re not healthy you can’t work at all. Do something you find happiness in. My dad used to always say “if you find a job doing what you love, you’ll never have to work a day in your life”

Amazing video. For anyone that wants a description of how it feels here's what it's like to me. Have you ever read a book and became totally absorbed in it? It's like as you read each and every word the more you focus in and everything else just fades as you relax. Now, you begin to drift off as your worries begin to look like exactly what they are; ridiculous and the more ridiculous they look to you the more you'll laugh about them instead stressing. Think about it.. Have you ever had a really good belly laugh about something and your mood changes no matter what was going on before you laughed you could be anger about something but let even a little bit of a giggle creep in just and little and bam! You feel good. Now, that's what it feels like to me, that's interesting inset it?

My mind lately is running on me. Mood swings and jumping thoughts. Perhaps the winter blues and the bore of routine is sinking heavy on me. Sunshine and nature. Something that a northern winter city just doesn't have this time of year. Is it the winter? Perhaps the silence of the cold is only surfacing a wound of restless unknowing that lays deep within. Where to find the energy to look at her. Sending love, as much as I can, from this loud place again.

Wow I was wandering if my frequent marijuana usage was causing my low depressed anxious ideology, pretty positive judging by the number of people commenting on how they are stress smoking to this im not alone. I smoke everyday for 8 years. I slowly became more and more depressed and anxious and would think marijuana was helping me because when i would smoke it would help. But over time i became suicide and almost unable to function in daily life. I am currently in the process of quiting (10 days in) and i already am noticing i feel ALOT better! Turns out marijuana causes low dopamine levels (look it up). hope this helps someone who is feeling unsure of why they are feeling so emotional and angry and tired (if you smoke everyday, smoke to deal with your problems) there is a good chance your marijuana habits are causing your moods. Good luck people

For the past week, right before bed, I would smoke a joint, get really medicated, then listen to this with my headphones on, in complete silent darkness. It can get really intense at times, but not in a bad way. Usually while I'm in a deep state, my body will slowly begin to vibrate, then completely stop, so I won't be able to feel my body at all (it's feels like I've disconnected from it, or like it vanished, became nothing), then I'll enter this realm.

Woah. Dude this one got me fucked up. Heres my story. Im walking around. Its dark. Im looking around for the door and then BOOM. The door is there. I can see light gleaming from the door. I open the door and the light nearly blinds me but then my vision is back an i see this beautiful landscape with many flower of many differemt colors. Lots of grass as well and a beautiful blue sky with some clouds. Then i hear a voice of someone saying "come my son. see." That was really weird because i dont beleive in god so it couldnt have been god but maybe some other divine being. Anyways i listened I began walking down the stone path; and as i walked I looked around and there were squares showing i guess "videos" of my greatest dreams. Becoming a gaming champion amd winning 6 million dollars. I continued walking and saw the words social anxiety crossed out (meaning no more social anxiety.) I continued walking and saw me eating in fancy restauraunts and eating food i dont like and being able to swim. I also saw me being able to play sports way better. Then i saw my crush there in the "video" and we were getting married. I continued walking and saw nothing else then i saw a figure whisper to me "wake up" and i jolted up and realized where i am. Really strange.
