Hi Erik - Thanks very much for taking the time to read my book, "Awaken the Starlight Within" - I appreciate your summary and reflections on the book. Though I agree this one can be tough to summarize, I think you captured the essence quite well. I especially liked that you said "This book is a buffet of really good life advice." - That is one of the best and most concise ways to explain what Starlight is all about. Very well said! And I enjoyed seeing that Starlight helps open up the conversation of what self-development is all about, and why people desire/need different books that may be similar in nature. Lastly - you are right that I draw inspiration from Buddhism and Stoicism (among other philosophies and worldviews). Thanks again!

It's true! I love reading a book that I loved when I was younger, because I get to experience it again with a very different perspective.

Same here! I do it with movies I loved as well and it’s always fascinating to see how much I’ve changed since the last time I read or watched them. Now I’m in my early 30’s and feel like I’m changing more than ever.

Yeah! It makes me wonder what it would be like being in my 80's, watching a movie I watched as a young adult. I can comprehend a 20-30 year jump, but I really wonder what a 60-70 year jump is like. @@Bigchungalungus
