Learning how to Meditate isn't really easy for me. But I am learning. Really love the music and its very relaxing. I'm not sure but I think I felt the top of my spine tingle. :) Great music.

Only 30% human beings can meditate. 60% simply are not able to do. If you try many techniques of meditation and still cannot do. Then you are 60%. So just accept whoever you are!
