Whenever I try to do something out of my comfort zone and end up not doing it, I always fell into depression. Then I’d be happy and motivated by thinking “im gonna change” and then the cycle would repeat itself, I’d get depressed. But I can truthfully say that once I listened to this and learnt about meditation and what not, I felt so empowered by strengthening my mind. And still to this day, meditation has helped me achieve many things. So to anyone who scrolls through the comments and sees this and is in the position I was in. Don’t give up, it will take time, but eventually you will arrive where you want to be 🙂

Our thoughts and words really do matter!! Love you. Trust you. Fight for you. I know this seems like a Lot, but I know I'm not the only one who'd stuck my head in a hole and let life happen. Not good. It didn't just fall into place as I'd planned. WHAT!? Don't accept what you don't want. Avoid, Get away from negativity! It grows. It can becomes toxic and take over. IT'S OK NOT TO BE OK!!

I was a completely hopeless, powerless drug addict & without Grace still would be; my healing wasn't in my timing due to many lessons I needed to learn or unlearn. So if you struggle with mental health issues, never give up hope, keep getting up you fall, and find help from those who understand. I tried to get better in numerous hospitals, rehabs, detoxes, churches, etc.. for almost 20 years. I'm alive today ONLY because of Love, Source, Light, Angels, and reconnecting with Nature. These last 2 yrs I began my journey to heal my soul. I've let go of fear. I've forgiven myself from all the things I've done in my 50yrs in this body. I then felt truly worthy to ask God, our creator, to forgive. I then forgave all those that harmed and scared me. My burden is lighter. My soul is brighter. We are one together. This was an absolute masterpiece. I have searched countless meditations with great successes, but this one took me to another level. I find it impossible to achieve inner peace as life and seasons evolve, the instability of transition has led me to having enormous challenges with the simplest task such as watching my favorite tv show or listening to music. I’m not sure why but after listening to this for an hour, I found myself playing with my cats, relaxing watching funny clips of Family Guy.
