Mooji’s guided experience that starts around the 29 minute mark is a moment of enlightenment that pulled me out of despair at the right moment in my life. I am gripped with panic attacks and anxiety as I go through a period of my life filled with immense heartache and pain. This pulled me up and out of it and reveals to us our true self. It can’t be hurt, damaged, destroyed or possessed. I keep listening to it and become re-centered and can then start to assemble positive thoughts to keep going. Thank you for this amazing experience.

🙏❤️ hes an amazingly calming experience to obsorb. He didnt pull you out of despair, you pulled despair out of your filter to yourself. Despair is still there, but it can be put aside. You cannot🙏❤️ Its your seeking of self and determination that gives you the taste or the perfume he refers to. Its truely beautiful, because we are love, not despair ❤

@@codefree369so true. We are made of love not anything else, everything else is what we've learned and been conditioned to in this world, we have lost touch with that side of our true self's... Which is true love and understanding to the world around us. Let's all be kind to each other and specifically ourselves... We deserve it

Hi Brandon. Have you been to one of his satangs or retreats or have you plugged in mostly via KZbin? How do you apply what you've learnt in your daily life?
@BrandonCharpentier11 ай бұрын
@@jamestruter2788 Hello James. I have never been to one of Mooji's satsangs or retreats but I would guess I've seen about 90% of all the Satsangs available on KZbin. There are many ways I apply what I've learned. One way, is that my life is a meditation, always; I know I am not a person. Also, some of Mooji's words pop up in my head as mantras during applicable moments. One of my favourite is, "You don't have to transcend what doesn't interest you". Another is "don't login".... as in, you can see your thoughts, but you simply don't "login" to them. Your mind then remains "off grid" so to speak. So, these are some ways, and there are more; but what works for "me" may not work for "others" (there are no "others"). One must experience it over and over until it is the natural state. There is an oscillation in the beginning and pretty much always will be to some degree, but the attachment and resistance to it all fades as one remains steady and earnest in their life journey. Namaste.

There were a lot of things he said that I don't agree with and was defensive to, but once he explained more in depth, he won me over to every single stand point. What a wonderful human being. A day will come , dear heart, when your inner sensor will confirm at once all you need to know about the clarity, integrity and egolessness of another being. Yes, the world stage is filled with characters of every sordid sort playing high and mighty roles. But there is, thank God, a place deep inside our hearts that recognizes pure light at once, when we're ready to receive it.

And then one day I did, couldn’t grasp the depth at first and would even get agitated, and turn off. Again he’d come up slowly I started to listen deep and just loved his style from the beginning and his voice is so soothing, love the story’s he tells, and his sense of humour, makes everyone laugh in the seriousness of the conversation at time. I got my masters degree in social work and used to council many people with anxiety and panic attacks. I thought I understood it. That is until I got my first panic attack. I had no idea it was like that!! I one million percent thought I was dying. After that I developed anxiety for about a year- just terrified of having another one. I had no control over anything at first. I had to go on a journey to heal that. It wasn’t easy. Fast forward years later I beat that. It’s totally in the past, but now I am trying to fix my health. It’s so challenging 😢 I just turned 40 and shouldn’t be going through what I am but here I am. I’m really working on healing inside and out and managing thoughts, etc. I can totally relate to your comment 🙏💗🙏 Wishing you love and healing 💗

I've been navigating this earth fighting an uphill battle. From my childhood to military career and beyond. I've always excelled at everything I do, but I've never felt complete. It took 50 years for me to finally surrender and let go of all the pain in my heart. I finally realized that I couldn't do it alone. God lives in all of us. You just have to believe. Don't let that voice in your head steer you in the wrong direction. That voice isn't you. That voice is your perception of external forces, forces that are beyond your control. You are in control, you make the decisions. Our society doesn't make it easy, but life isn't easy. We are our worst enemy, but you have to let go. You have to surrender and become one with each other and nature. The true meaning of life is UNITY. It's definitely a journey. It takes a lot of self care, but it's worth it. I have never felt as free as I do now. Remember, every day you wake up is a gift in itself. Peace and Love be with All of You. With God, all things are possible.

I just now recognize and acknowledge that I was awakened to my current consciousness in a newborn’s sacred embrace within the song and fragrance and taste and image that it that it exists as. I am astonished, like an infant hearing a loud sound for the first time, that I had ever lost my grip … or sought to embrace something other than it. The shock of this remembrance gives me a much deeper focus on the simplicity of separation and oneness.

Attention is not just who we are as individuals. Attention is who we are as ONE. Attention is creation in progress. Attention is creation, and the creator. I love the concept of if you want something, want more emptiness. Emptiness is attention without identification. Attention without identification is the unified life force. Thank you for such a simple guidance. To bring oneself to what it really is. What attention is. How it feels. How it stands out from memory, and imagination, and identification. To be empty is to be overwhelmingly full. Attention is so fundamentally eternal that it diminishes all that is transient to the point of insignificance. Resulting ing the impossibility of lack or pain, or loss, because attention is eternal and ubiquitous. Attention is foundational to existence. It’s the mother-load!

It's just amazing to stumble upon a community such as this. Most of the things we experience we don't even have the vocabulary to describe, until such podcasts. Listening and watching from South Africa 🇿🇦I love this podcast ❤

The though came that emptying ego… and remember this eternal/imperishable is *remembering* rather than *forgetting self.* Like if we were playing a particular video game and starting to think we are that avatar would be psychosis. So thinking I am this avatar is a kind of psychosis! 🤭 That is the major forgetting! Thank you both for this session!! So ineffably good. 🙏🏼
