Thanks for sharing David Hawkins teachings changed my entire life. I think that's teachings they should be taught in schools and the world it will be a new beautiful world without combat the problems but letting go them. ☀️💛🙏🏼

Brilliantly articulated content. This channel will be growing in subscribers. There are many beginning to seek this level of consciousness , "moving into simplicity ". We have been programed life is difficult to achieve dreams. People have more difficulty flipping the internal switch of emotions to allow "Light" within.

Dancing cats and the lure of glamour ( ie narcissism ) receive tens of thousands of views / comments but the Truth, and the quest for brutal honesty along with serial integrity gets 59. Like Doc has been saying for decades, "the pursuit of enlightenment is a narrow path". Each of us on that path can lift up the rest of the population by just being "that which we are". Thanks for sharing this interview. I came across Dr Hawkin's book "Letting go" two months ago and have started adopting the Letting Go technique in my daily life since, to heal from a heartbreak and reconnect with my instinct and unconscious. On one hand, I feel more natural and free expressing myself both verbally and through body language in social situations. But on the other hand, I am constantly feeling this strange, somewhat unpleasant sensation around the forehead and the back of my nose. It is hard to describe this emotion in one word as it is a mixture of anxiety and subtle sadness. It is also similar to the feeling when you are about to cry, or yawn. I am trying my best to process it by allowing it to flow through my body, without indulging in it or trying to think through this with logic. Part of me thinks these sensations are the negative emotions that have historically been trapped in my psysche or body, coming to consciousness and are being released from my body. But it is also bothering me somewhat as I have been experiencing this for 3 to 4 weeks, and has casted some self doubts as to whether I am "on the right direction" spiritually. Has anyone had similar experience before?
