Over time rice is known to have a playdoh flavor. I have just stuck with just corn. Great video!

Corn doesn't have much gumminess compared to oats in my opinion.

For fermentation duration you mentioned 18 days...could pressure fermentation speed this up? If so, how to calculate by how much? Just moniter FG? How much pressure? Thx

My personal experience is that pressure fermentation does not supersede the need for lagering. They are 2 independent processes that have some sensitivities to each other but uniquely distinct on what they do to a lager

It's always weird to me when homebrewers work really hard to compete and win in 1A or 1B. Like their goal is to brew something so proximal to coors light that's piled high on endcaps of every store they've ever walked into. It's like learning how to to be a phenomenal climb so you can remove the stairs between your first and second floor. ...but gimme a homebrew cream ale any day of the week 😎
