It's sad when the owner retires and the next generation doesn't want to continue the legacy. I've seen that happen to many eateries I used to frequent. A well established/popular eatery is a pot of gold; unfortunately, some of the next generations of today are interested in the quick cash or other interests and not the hard work required to preserve the legacy.

That place looked amazing! I can’t believe it’s closed now! What a coincidence. I’ve heard Asturias has awesome food.

Ooo, looks yummy. So sad it is closed now. Hopefully another great restaurant will follow. The cachopo looks like a mix between milanesa and chicken cordon bleu.

I love my bread soft too but some harder bread are not bad at all. WOW that cod omelette looks really good. I like how the cachopo is thin. Now I’m hungry. 🤤
