Let me tell you something!! My sister sent me this recipe. I grew up in DC/MD and now live outside the US. I had been wanting a proper crab cake, crab ball-something since June!! Finally found some crab meat in my area (couldn't find egg roll wraps) so I took your advice about making crab cakes. When I say I felt like I was back at home and doing a happy dance while eating, I am telling the truth!! You knocked it out of the park with this one-thanks sooo much for sharing.

My husband is a picky eater. I cooked 3 of these and put the rest in the freezer. Gave my husband one and he said that it tasted good. ( He always say that, then won't eat any more). You can’t purchase raw crabmeat! All crabmeat is cooked when purchased from any store unless you’re buying live crabs!
