Seeing homes like this Will put things in Clear Perspective, And I Will Ask myself: There's people living like this, So Why You're Not?

This is a beautiful home. I'm impressed that it's a custom build. & The staircase is to die for! 😍
@seanwebb6053 жыл бұрын
You could also kill someone on the staircase. I mean if you time it right one good push and they'll tumble to their death. The key is to make it look like an accident. Maybe they could be holding something or the railing becomes loose. You still want some sort of alibi though. Like being out in the yard taking care of gofers or something. You'll want a neighbour to see you out there pretty close to the time of the "accident".

Yeap.. this house is almost perfect. I would add a couple of balconys for the rooms, but it's absolutly amazing... Well designed, excellent layout. People would live happy in this beautiful house

Some very noticeable architectural elements incorporated into the design of the residence which certainly gives it a dateless quality. I also admire that the place feels like a home because of inclusion of intimate spaces. The decorating speaks volumes with its restraint of elegance. (It doesn't have to look like Versailles to make a statement.) Well done to the architects and designers. (I thought the music was fine.) Darryl

Another work of art. The creative thought behind the interior design is outstanding. Original. My only criticisms would be the O'Hara staircase facing the front doors. Not for me. But I guess the original home owner wanted that? :) And, to put wood floors around a tub? Other than that...amazingly handsome work!! Looking forwards to seeing more custom homes by Bachly. :) Most impressive custom home design work I've seen.

Very victorian in feel, which I find prefect for my taste. I could make this house look like an authentic late victorian pile. I LOVE the roof line. Build one exactly like this only one third in size (~3,000 sq feet) and I'll be in heaven living in it by myself with my pets. .. 10,000 is too much even for a family of 5. 🏡🌳🐈

Flawless....Wished I had the plans for this house....They would of course have to be modified.....I always wonder what is the purpose of building a house this big...This house could comfortably shelter 12 to 18 members of that same family without crowding anybody out...

Built-ins for the televisions in the bedrooms would have made this place much better. Yes, I see that the master has its TV hidden on an elevator, but the other bedrooms lack dedicated space for the TVs: In one, the TV sits on a table and in another, it hangs from a wall mount at an odd angle with all the wires showing. Both these seem positioned as afterthoughts. When you create a dedicated space, perhaps against one wall surrounded by built-in shelving, the look is cleaner, more professional and adds to the feeling of luxury.

Just a higher caliber of urban living. You fart anywhere in the house, your neighbor is gonna know about it.
@walterthekidd31065 жыл бұрын
I would put a whore in every room. Can you imagine the neighbors hearing me banging all those broads day and night. I think they would rather hear a fart. A fart is over in few seconds instead of some broad moaning and groaning for 20 minutes while I'm slipping her the sausage.

EXQUISITE.....and very empty.I would think the echos in this house would make you feel very alone with-out the pitter-patter of little feet. A huge "wear-me-out-house" that is unlived in. You would spend all your time working just on its maintenance. Looks more like a big beautiful EMPTY hotel.

Someone who can afford this house doesn't spend time doing their own maintenance work...
@liesascott54146 жыл бұрын
Surprise! It is much easyer to maintain a big house than a smaller one. The more space there is the less clutterd it looks and it does not get nealy as fast dirty. I owned homes like that and my husband and I would polish the house up and stage it in two hours to get it ready for showing or for open houses. Unless you are a real pig it will always look nice because any dirt is dispursed on a big space and it never really shows. I had white marble floors and white carpet and after fife years it still looked just as it did when we built it. And we LIVED in it!
