Absolutely, I'd 100% take 6 descent size bedrooms over 4 large bedrooms ANY day of the year! Especially for this price and square ft. Other than that, the layout is awesome! The earth tones are always a home run!!

Exquisite! I happened upon this video tour quite by accident and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I was reminded of the times when I lived off of Stewarts Ferry Pike in Nashville and my brother and I would drive out to Brentwood just to marvel at the spectacular homes. Seeing this video has me longing for the open spaces, fresh air and the greenery of Tennessee once again. Throughout the tour, I imagined myself running through the house in a nightshirt and ankle socks, finally setteling down to my morning coffee, either at the kitchen counter or one of several outdoor living areas: It was just that kind of video tour.

One thing I notice about all these new houses they look really good with a lot of cheap material so after so many years the house is going to start falling apart I rather find a older house and remodel it to a new touch 7.5 not bad tho

It’s a beautiful home and well planned out. In my opinion it’s the best layout I’ve seen so far. I especially love the entryway and first floor layout. It’s great for entertaining and having large family dinners. However there are some tweaks that would make it absolutely perfect! Expanding the 2nd floor and adding more bedrooms and baths. Additionally a finished basement with fitness room, game area, bar and bathroom would be absolutely perfect. Lastly for this kind of pentacles you should have so much land that you wouldn’t be able to see your neighbors!

Great finishes….but, not too keen on a bedroom upstairs above the primary bedroom. Primary bath is huge but I’d rather have larger closets than the extra space in the spa bathroom. So much space in hallways. Really should have had additional sink, refrigerator and dishwasher in the pantry space. But just my preferences…and much larger grill in outdoor kitchen…

Gorgeous house. The design is beautiful and it's decorated flawlessly. I only have a few critiques. The dinning area is eh. I don't know why with the beautiful pantry you'd have a bunch of cabinets and countertop as your dinning room backdrop instead of a fire place or towering piece of artwork. Also, why wouldn't you put doors on your pantry?

For some reason this massive beautiful home popped up in my feed and I haven't been house searching but I believe there are no coincidence and everything happens for a reason. It's quite beautiful, however; it's way to expensive and massive for my budget. It would take about three or four maids and a few butlers, etc to maintain it. I can't even imagine coughing up the money for the property taxes each year. Anyway I'd take a house similar on a much smaller scale.🤑

Don’t get me wrong, the house is gorgeous but, it’s no more gorgeous than the many houses you show under 5 million and many of them are at least 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, with an elevator. Good luck in the builder getting 7.5 million for this. If the furniture (and everything else) is included, maybe 6.5 BUT, IT IS ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! Just my opinion!
