So what makes bosses like Dark Bowser so weak even thought their supposed to be powerful, he’s complete right? So shouldn’t he be able to kill You easily? I just love how the new theme for this boss fight in the remake feels completely out of place with the rest of music of the title. Literally, it feels like they slapped in a Kingdom Hearts song and called it a day. The result is a blessing for those who love both franchises, like me. Feels like the perfect union, the perfect mashup.

This is one thing I prefer in the remake. In the original, the dark Star doesn’t seem like a final boss. It would seem weird to introduce Dark Bowser but not do anything with him. The original also used the normal boss theme for the Dark Star, while the remake gives it a unique boss theme and introduces Dark Bowser after the fight. The remake presents the Dark Star as the final boss, possibly tricking players into thinking it is the final boss.

@@ctpp64 Not only harder but also dangerous. During dark star core boss, if you use sweets bucket Now Fawful will use his hands grab the ceiling and hides all his feet. You have to disable his glasses first.

Try this at level 31 with challange medal less power since challange medal buff mario and luigi power stat by 50% and buff the bosses defense and pow and speed stat by 50% But once enrage it 25% addition increase of it stats plus 3 turns of dark stars attacking mario and luigi per each time while angry when health taken half way Dark star be on a different leuge

It's been explained what it is by Peach. A malevolent star which grants evil beings the ability to conquer the world. I believe that the Dark Star got angry at the Star Sprites that sealed away thus it decided to destroy the world by drowning it in darkness

Original cutscene is better IMO. You encounter the Dark Star and see it copying Bowser. Then it’s eyes in the background. And it approaches Mario & Luigi VERY unstable This removes all of that

They put that stuff at the end of the fight so the cutscenes don't feel too long. Also, it felt kinda weird how in the original, it showcases a new Bowser body before fighting you and... Never used it.
