Had exactly the same experience a few weeks ago at Millwall with Derby, stewards closing off the sections. He did say though, just go up the next stairwell and then walk back across the seats, so we did. Don't sit on yer own mate!

I enjoyed this away day very much, Millwall fans weren’t as scary as I had feared, Fulham were worse I thought! Nothing will stop me going though, addicted!

You don't encounter any Millwall fans going via London Bridge - also they are not interested in picking on people for no reason...as for Fulham that is to do with acoustics in the ground. You lot sounded quite loud close up but could hear f all from the other end!

The game being on a Wednesday defo doesn’t help the atmosphere rating and the final rating, on Saturdays it’s a lot better

Our midweek home games are never as good as a Saturday unless it’s a big big game. Most lions fans don’t live close to the den anymore so what with tv streaming and the like it’s not easy to do a Tuesday or Wednesday night and get home before midnight. Not good when you have work the next day. Also our performances have not been great. Personally as a season ticket holder I much prefer a Saturday down the Den. In short, your assessment was pretty fair. 👍

The idea that 'decibel level' = quality is flawed. They could be a load of absolute numpties singing utter bollocks (e.g. like glory hunting Chelsea fans, for example) and suddenly they are good fans?
