Awen Cultural Trust B-Leaf case study: on-site, sustainable food production

Steve Dimmick, Commercial Director at Awen Cultural Trust, has completed our CEIC programme and is working on making food production at their facilities more sustainable. To do this, he is working with B-Leaf, a work-based initiative for adults with learning disabilities based within the grounds of Bryngarw Country Park.
